We highly recommend this company!! The owner, Stephanie, was fantastic to work with. Her design help was spot on, she was honest and professional. Stephanie knew exactly what I wanted. Her team sanded and refinished our existing 20 year old hardwood floors and installed new hardwood in three other rooms. The floors bump up against each other and you can't tell the difference between the old and the new, they look beautiful, we've received so many compliments. The outcome is beyond our expectations; we are very happy. The stain is water based, NO smell and they dried quickly. The team also installed beautiful porcelain tile in our laundry room and it also turned out very well. The best part is Stephanie oversees every aspect of the project so she is 'hands-on' the entire time. We intend to call them back in future to install some new carpeting in bedrooms and are looking forward to working with her again!! I have to say I was so happy working with Stephanie and her team. She was very responsive to all my requests, checked in before during and after installation to insure my happiness. One small tile seemed to be coming up and they were out the very next day to check it and repair it. I had them come out a second time a year later to repair floors after I had work done on a small bathroom and they were just as amazing! Guaranteed this is the company I always refer friends to.

Took just two days for this team of pros to remove 1800 Sq ft of carpeting, wood and ceramic tile floors and install LVT. Stephanie was there was there to oversee at least twice a day. We love our new floors and would use her again in a heart beat.

I’m Stephanie Stevens, Owner and Founder of Swanky TX Floors. Growing up in Fort Worth, TX, with a father who owned his own retail flooring store, I was introduced to the flooring industry at an early age. What began as shadowing my dad in his showroom grew into a lifelong career, blending technical expertise with a passion for design.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with respected leaders in the flooring industry, including L.D. Brinkman, Bruce Hardwood Floors, Armstrong, and Duchateau. My career has spanned roles from technical service representative to outside sales and commercial regional manager, giving me the opportunity to work closely with architects, builders, and interior designers. Those experiences reinforced my love for design and taught me how vital flooring is in bringing a space to life.
I founded Swanky TX Floors with a clear mission: to make beautiful, high-quality flooring accessible while providing a client experience defined by trust, transparency, and attention to detail. I believe flooring is one of the most important elements in any home—it sets the stage for comfort, style, and functionality. With every project, I treat each client’s home as if it were my own, ensuring the process is smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.
By combining industry knowledge with a trained eye for color and design, I approach every project with both technical understanding and creative vision. My goal is simple: to transform spaces with flooring that is not only functional but truly beautiful—flooring you’ll love for years to come.
